We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Business Development team in Barcelona!

The ideal candidate understand sales and is a natural relationship builder with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be responsible for keeping our partners happy, growing existing accounts, learning the ins and outs of our products, and showcasing the value to our ever growing client base!

Your days will look like this;

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to boost customer retention (we work with high end retails brands!)
  • Showcasing why the Size Advisor® is the go-to tool for brands to retain their customers
  • Building strong personal relationships to really understand the needs of our customers and their business objections
  • Provide an effortless experience to your clients to up-sell/cross-sell within their account
  • Partner with our superstar sales team to grow customer revenues
  • Strategise with our onboarding team to understand the performance of your clients

What we’re looking for;

  • You set goals and achieve them, you’ve shown this through your experience in Sales (2-4 years in Saas, preferable)
  • You’re native (or close to) in English + any extra languages a bonus!
  • You don’t need to be told what to do, you’re open to multitasking and can handle multiple clients simultaneously
  • You’re familiar with CRM’s (Salesforce/HubSpot)
  • You don’t shy away when you have issues with customers, you’re service minded!
  • You’re an effortless communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, working in a team comes naturally for you  
  • Dealing with CEO’s and business owners is something you thrive on!
  • You’re OK with travelling on occasion
